All RFQs are valid for 15 days from when the quote was issued, unless otherwise stated.  

Integrated Circuits and More may increase prices if ICMs cost increases or due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a price change Integrated Circuits and More will notify the customer prior to shipment giving the customer the opportunity to cancel or amend the order.  Prices of quoted material does not include taxes, duties, other charges or shipping fees.  The customer is responsible for any additional fees, shipping and duties or taxes incurred on the order. 

Customers can apply for net terms by providing bank and trade information.  Upon approval from accounting net terms may be extended to the customer.  Other forms of accepted payment are COD, TT in advance,  or Credit Card.  Please note there is a 3% credit card processing fee. 

 All orders are  Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable.  By agreeing to an NCNR, Integrated Circuits and More agrees to procure product on behalf of its customer and the customer agrees to purchase the product and take delivery in the agreed upon time frame.  Terms of the orders may not be canceled or altered without Integrated Circuits and More's approval. 

NCNR is due to Integrated Circuits and More procuring inventory to fill an order with a supplier that does not allow returns or cancellations of the product.  Adjustments to original quantities, if accepted, may be subject to re-pricing. 

The NCNR agreement does not apply to failed product under Integrated Circuits and More's warranty. 

 All Integrated Circuits and More products come with a 45 day warranty against any manufacturing defects.  Returns require ICMs authorization and a valid RMA number. 

Customer must notify Integrated Circuits and More in writing within 7 days of delivery of any shortage, damage or other discrepancy.  ICM will issue a RMA number valid for 30 days only.
